Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays) 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to the US

Lost or Damaged Items

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage for assistance.
